PRICES AND DISCOUNTS: All prices are FOB our factory in Commerce, California and apply to one order for one destination shipments. All louvers, visionlite frames and edges and astragals may be combined to qualify for quantity discount. All applicable taxes will be added to the invoice unless we have a resale permit card on file.

TERMS: Our terms are net 30 for accounts that have Open Account status with us. 1 1/2% per month late payment charge will be assessed on all past due invoices.

FREIGHT: Effective October 2002, Air Louvers, Inc. will ship freight allowed on shipments valued at $2,500.00 Net or more for customers within the continental United States only. Standard freight policies are for shipments to a single destination by carrier and route of Air Louvers, Inc.'s choice. If a shipment is less than $,2,500.00 Net, Air Louvers, Inc. will ship the order freight prepaid and charges will be added to your invoice. Adding products to purchase orders already received by Air Louvers, Inc. will not be allowed 24 hours. Charges resulting from "Delivery Notification" from the freight company will be billed back to the customer. Customers have the option of specifying a carrier or routing. However, when such a carrier or routing is specified, the order will be shipped, freight collect or billed to a third party when relevant.

*Recognizing this is a change to our customers, we will review on an annual basis to ensure it is appropriate for the marketplace.

WARRANTY: All products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the period of 5 year from date of shipment.
We reserve the right to repair or replace any defective unit at our discretion.

No claim shall be allowed unless buyer gives written notice to seller within 30 days from receipt of materials by buyer and seller agrees to the claim.

Information and advice furnished by seller is without warranty as to correctness thereof on liability of any kind for use of materials furnished by seller, whether used singly or in combination with other products and /or materials.

Seller assumes no risk or warranty express or implied, as to the performance of these materials in the preparation or application by buyer of the materials furnished herewith. Buyer assumes responsibility to verify and determine that color, gloss and quality of materials will meet requirements of buyer (or buyer’s contractee) specifications.

RETURNED MERCHANDISE: No merchandise may be returned for credit without our permission. We will not accept for credit, any items of special order, special sizes or types of products. On items which are accepted for credits, a charge will be assessed to cover the cost of handling and any rework that may be required. The restocking charge will be based on the condition of the material and its purchase price.

PROMPTNESS OF SHIPMENT: We strive to manufacture our products and ship in a timely manner. However, we shall not be liable for any delay in shipment or fulfillment of an order caused by factory or labor conditions, fire or other acts of God or any other cause not reasonably within the control of the seller.

HANDLING CHARGE: A $25.00 net handling charge will be added to all orders under $200.00 List.

CHANGE ORDER: A $25.00 net charge will be added to all orders that are changed after the order is processed.

FIVE DAY QUICK SHIP: On non-stock items, we offer a five working day ship program for an additional charge of 20% or $20.00 which ever is greater. 10 A.M must receive the order Pacific Time for that day to count as day one. If the order is received after 10 AM. Pacific Time the following day will be counted as day one. If the order does not ship within the five working day period, but ships within a 10 working day period, the charge will be 10% or $10.00 which ever is greater.

FINISHES: Standard finish for all steel products is a medium bronze baked silicone polyester powder. Standard finish on 1300 model aluminum louvers is satin aluminum paint. Special colors may be furnished in baked enamel (color chip to be furnished with order).

Prices are for square foot area of the "order size" of louvers treated after assembly. If specified to be anodized prior to assembly, request quotation from the factory.
