MATERIAL
Alt door VISION LITE frames are fabricated from
cold rolled steel.CONSTRUCTION
All VISION LITE frames feature mitered and welded
corners.
FASTENERS
VISION LITE frames are provided with Phillips head
thru bolts with blank head one side in
countersunk mounting holes. All screw and bolt heads are painted to match VISION LITE
frame.
Vandal-or tamper-proof and other special fasteners are available through special
request to factory.
Fasteners for VLF-EZ are #8 x 7/8" countersunk sheet metal screws.
FINISH
Standard finish for all VISION LITE frames is
mineral bronze baked silicone polyester powder. Substrata preparation is accomplished
through a thorough degreasing and the application of an extended-life iron phosphate
coating. Other finishes and colors are available through special request to factory.
SIZES
VISION LITE frames are made in sizes to fit most
door applications. The most popular model and sizes are carried in stock for immediate
shipment from the factory.
Order dimensions should represent the size of the cut out opening in the door (width x
height). The actual VISION LITE frame is under sized to insure adequate installation
clearance.
PACKAGING
Each VISION LITE is individually wrapped to prevent
damage. Each package is marked with the respective model and size designation. Multiple
unit orders may be shipped in corrugated cartons or wooden crates (on special order).
