TESTED AND LISTED FOR U.L. 10C AND CRITERIA OF UBC 7-2 POSITIVE PRESSURE

Material: 18 gauge CRS frame.

Construction:  Radius top and bottom, no exposed joints, square return, countersunk mounting holes.

Finish:  Mineral bronze baked on powder coat.

Door: For 1 3/4" door.

Fasteners: #8 x 32 phillips head thru bolts with blank head one side.

Glass:  1/4" thick glazing. For fire rated applications listed and labeled glazing should be used. Glass by others.

Options:

Material:     • 18 gauge #304 stainless steel -
                      #4 finish
                   • Electro-galvanized steel.
               
Finish:        • Baked on powder coat gray prime for
                     field painting, no extra charge.
                  • Special order colors. Please provide
                    color chip.

Fasteners:  • Security fasteners, please specify.

Glass:        • 1/4" thick clear wire glass U.L. listed
                    and labeled.

Fire Ratings with Warnock Hersey (ITS) or U.L. Classification Markings):

Using 1/4"  thick listed wire glass 
• 20, 45, 60 ,90 Minute refer to 1/4" thick wire glass in glass section

Using 5/16"  thick KERALITE-FRL
• 20 Minutes to 3 hours refer to KERALITE-FRL in glass section 

Using 3/16"  thick KERALITE-FRF 
• 20 Minutes to 3 hours refer to KERALITE-FRF in glass section 

For non rated TEMPERED GLASS refer to TEMPERED GLASS in the glass section.
