The Air Louver Model VLF-OCA lite kit with Contraflam®

glazing provides the largest opening and the highest level of fire and human impact safety protection available in the US for 45 minute doors.

· Available for standard fire rated hollow metal doors with listing of 45 minutes and beyond.

· Safety rated to CPSC and ANSI Cat II requirements.

· Limits temperature rise and heat transfer through the glazing.

· The Contraflam® offers excellent sound reduction with an STC rating of 44db.

Specifications
Standard Features:

Material: 18 gauge CRS.

Construction: Frame mitered and welded corners, countersunk mounting holes at approximately 10 1/2" on center. Glass retaining channels-mitered corners and spot-welded to frame at approximately 10" intervals.

Finish: Mineral bronze baked on powder coat.

Door Thickness: For 1 3/4"door.

Glass: 45 minute rated Contraflam® glass lite (by others).

Fasteners: #8-32 phillips flathead machine screw thru-bolted to #8-32 binder bolt with blank head one side.

Fire Ratings (with UL and WHI classification markings):
• 45 Minute: Approved listing at 2994 sq.in. Visible lite (max. width 35 13/18", max. height 83 5/8")

                    #4 finish.
