ACPG National Service Center

All customer service team members for JL Industries, Samson Products, Air Louvers, and Hiawatha will be located in a consolidated, nationwide call center in Minnesota.     All team members will be knowledgeable in all of the ACPG products.

With this change, we will be able to offer our customers increased call capacity, extended hours of operation – from 7:00 am – 7:00 pm CST, plus the added benefit that customers can order from any of the 4 companies’ product lines in a single call.   We are looking forward to being more efficient by having customer service and sales management in the same building. This is part of a company-wide plan to maximize the use of all of our facilities and includes expanded inventory in select locations as well as increased manufacturing capabilities in Minnesota.

You may continue to use the 800 and/or fax numbers that that you currently utilize for Air Louvers, Samson, JL or Hiawatha to contact customer service, however we do want you to switch to your new customer service representatives’ email.  All shipping locations remain the same.
